In this thesis titled Juridical Analysis on the Arrest of Drugs Related Suspect on the Investigation Stage study of Polres Inhil Tembilahan the formulation of the problems include the Law Regulation about the arrest of drugs related suspect on the investigation stage and the implementation and obstacle also the solution on the arrest of drugs related suspect on the investigation stage. The results of the study on the arrest of drugs suspect shows that the regulation prioritize by doing repressive or prosecution on the suspect of drugs related crime. The repressive act was done by the Satuan Reserve Narkotika based on the Crime Law of KUHAP Article 16 until 19 and Undang-Undang No. 35 Tahun 2009 of Narkotika. Article 76. And the Verdict of punishment are based on the Undang-Undang No. 35 Tahun 2009 of Narkotika Article 111 until Article 148.. Therefore, the Law Force need to asked all parts of the community, especially family, school and governance to embedded the danger of the drugs abuse. And for the teenagers to stay away from drugs and it kinds for their own health and safety furthermore being the part of the distribution as the verdict of punishment can cause them life sentence prison or even death sentence.References
