Along with increased land requirements in Batam for companies that want to try to start a business or people who want to look for land to be used as a place to stay, it's unlikely that this requires a change in terms of increased land application system on the part of the Office of Land Management. Pursuant to Rule Head Concession Free Trade Zone and Free Port of Batam No. 5 2015. Land Management Office has the task of carrying out the affairs of the procurement, allocation, document land rights and land evaluation and development. In carrying out the tasks referred to in Article 214, the Office of Land Management performs functions Implementation of land acquisition, implementation of land allocation, implementation of the processing of documents of land rights, implementation of the evaluation of land and buildings, and the implementation of general affairs and finance.
