SISTEM INFORMASI PENJADWALAN KEGIATAN SOSIALISASI (P2M) DAN LAYANAN ADUAN MASYARAKAT DI BNN KOTA BATAM BERBASIS ANDROID MENGGUNAKAN ANDROID STUDIO

Abstract

The National Narcotics Agency (BNN) of Batam City is one of the Non-Ministerial Government Institutions (LPNK) has a duty in the prevention, eradication of abuse and illicit trafficking of narcotics (P4GN) still use a separate system resulting in various obstacles in the delivery of work information. Research conducted by the author in BNN Batam City is to analyze and design an Android based information system that can run and implement information systems scheduling socialisai activities and make community complaints services. Usefulness of research intended to add insight and knowledge as well as implement the theory into the agency. This application, will contain information about socialization schedule and community complaint service in Batam City. The method used by the author in making this application is to use the design method begins with the process UML (Unfied Modeling Language) with use case diagrams, Class diagrams and flowchart and then coding into the Android Studio application for its application. The final result of this research is socialization scheduling information system and online community based on android service. With this information system is expected to minimize errors in the process of scheduling and complaints services community.
