This research includes quantitative research. The data used in this study are in the form of annual financial reports of Metal and Similar Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling method. The population is 16 companies. Samples that meet the criteria are 7 companies. The analytical technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program.Based on the results of data analysis using SPSS 25, it shows that Capital Structure partially has an insignificant negative effect on firm value with a significance value of 0.067, Financial Performance partially has a significant positive effect on firm value with a significance value of 0.005, and Asset Growth is partially positive not significant to firm value with a significance value of 0.906. This study also has the aim of proving earnings management as a moderating variable. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with the population purposive sampling method and this sample was 21 private banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2021 period. The type of data used is secondary data obtained through the company's annual report. Data analysis used SPSS version 22 for windows for descriptive analysis and WrapPLS version 8 for hypothesis testing. Indonesia Securities 2017-2021 Period. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The test results are linear regression equation Y = 14,664 + 0.524 X1 + 1,292 X2 – 1,017 X3 + e. Partially, profitability has no significant positive effect with a t-count value of 0.914 and a significance value of 0.369. Debt Policy has a significant positive effect with a t-count value of 3.677 and a significance value of 0.001. Firm size has a significant negative effect with a t-count value of -8.595 and a significance value of 0.000. Simultaneously profitability, debt policy and firm size affect the firm value with a value of 0.000.
