ANALISIS YURIDIS PENGELOLAAN PARKIR UMUM DI KOTA BATAM (STUDI PENELITIAN PADA KANTOR DINAS PERHUBUNGAN DI KOTA BATAM)

Abstract

In writing this thesis deliberately the author took the title "Public Parking management system in the city of Batam reviewed from the Asprek applicable law". With the intention that the author better understand the parking arrangement in general and the arrangement of parking management in Batam city. The purpose of research on what will be achieved in the research and always write down what to achieve with the formulation to know how the legal arrangement of public parking management in Batam City (research studies on Department of Transportation Office Batam. Research methods are a process or principles and ordinances to solve the problems faced in conducting research. The type of research used by the authors in the preparation of this thesis is the type of normative and empirical research, while the location of the research of writers at the Office of Transportation Department of Batam.The results showed that the legal arrangement of public parking management by the Batam Department of Transportation is contained in the law number 22 of 2009 about traffic and road transport, regulations of the city of Batam Number 3 year 2018 about Regional retribution. Therefore, Batam city government is expected in this case the Department of Transportation as an institution responsible for the construction of the transport system in the city of Batam.
