ANALISIS YURIDIS PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM TERHADAP DEBITUR PINJAMAN ONLINE DI KOTA BATAM

This research reveals the goals to be achieved in the research to understand the scope of the research, what will be answered in the research. This study aims to find out the forms of legal protection for online loan debtors, to find out the implementation, constraints and solutions in solving online loan service problems.

This research is a type of empirical research that uses primary and secondary data sources and analyzes data with qualitative analysis to then form sentence descriptions that can be easily understood by readers.

Based on this research, the legal rules regarding the protection of online loan debtors are based on Law Number 21 of 2011 concerning Financial Services Autonomy, Law Number 01 of 2024 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions, and Financial Services Authority Regulation Number77/POJK.1/2016 concerning Information Technology-Based Money Lending Services.

The results of this study reveal that many debtors are victims of illegal or unlicensed online loan services, in this protection effort the Riau Islands Police and OJK are trying to provide understanding to debtors who do not understand the impact of using online loans and open consumer information and complaint services.

Pekerja Migran Indonesia adalah Setiap warga negara Indonesia yang akan, sedang melakukan, atau telah melakukan pekerjaan dan menerima upah di luar wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia Pasal 1 Ayat 1 Undang – Undang Dasar Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945.Penelitian mengungkapkan sasaran yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian. Isi tujuan penelitian mengacu pada isi dan rumusan masalah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran secara menyeluruh tentang analisis aspek yuridis bagaimana jaminan sosial terhadap tenaga kerja, dari tujuan tersebut dapat diketahui tujuan-tujuan yang lebih khusus.Pelindungan Pekerja Migran Indonesia berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 18 Tahun 1017 Pasal 39 ayat 3, perlindungan Pekerja Migran Indonesia adalah segala upaya untuk melindungi kepentingan Calon Pekerja Migran Indonesia dan/atau pekerja migran Indonesia dan keluarganya dalam mewujudkan terjaminnya pemenuhan haknya dalam keseluruhan kegiatan sebelum bekerja.Berdasarkan penelusuran dan hasil pengamatan yang telah dilakukan oleh penulis baik diperpustakaan Fakultas Hukum Universitas Batam atau Universitas lain. ANALISIS YURIDIS PERANAN BAWASLU KOTA BATAM DALAM PENGAWASAN PEMILIHAN PRESIDEN TAHUN 2024 (STUDI PENELITIAN BAWASLU KOTA BATAM)

This research analyzes the crucial role of the Batam City Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) in maintaining the integrity of the 2024 Presidential Election. Using a juridical approach, this research examines related regulations, especially Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning General Elections, to understand the authority and duties of Bawaslu in ensuring fairness and transparency of the election process. A descriptive qualitative methodology was used, with data collection through literature studies and in-depth interviews with Bawaslu members, related stakeholders and the community. The research results reveal that the Batam City Bawaslu plays a central role in supervising all stages of the election, from nomination to vote recapitulation. The proposed solutions include strengthening the capacity of Bawaslu, increasing community participation through voter education and easy reporting mechanisms, utilizing information technology, strict law enforcement, and cross sector collaboration. This research concludes that the role of Batam City Bawaslu is vital in maintaining the integrity of the 2024 Presidential Election. By implementing the right strategy, Bawaslu can overcome challenges and execute its duties optimally, ensuring honest, fair and democratic elections.

ANALISIS YURIDIS PELAKSANAAN HUKUMAN DISIPLIN TERHADAP NARAPIDANA YANG MELANGGAR TATA TERTIB DI LAPAS PEREMPUAN KELAS II B BATAM

Background To find out and analyze the

implementation of disciplinary punishment

against inmates who violate the rules at the State

Detention Center, To find out and analyze

sanctions against prisoners who violate the rules

at the State Detention House, To find out and

analyze what obstacles are encountered in

conducting guidance to inmates so as not to

violate the rules in the Nega Prison. or all units to

be studied, data collection techniques using

literature studies and interviews, data analysis

used is qualitative.

This research discusses the implementatation of

disciplinary punishments against prisoners who

violate the rules and regulations in the class II B

Batam Women’s Prison.

This research uses empirical juridical methods

implementation of disciplinary regulations in the

Batam Class II B Women's Prison is running

smoothly, with disciplinary punishments given in

accordance with existing regulations. Prison

officers did not encounter significant obstacles in

dealing with disciplinary violations. Sanctions

given include warnings, imprisonment, and

suspension or denial of certain rights. This

research also highlights the importance of

disciplinary regulations in maintaining security

The development of electronic payments not only

has a positive impact in Indonesia, but also a

negative impact that can cause losses to both

sellers and buyers. The aim of this research is to

determine the process of resolving criminal acts

against perpetrators of fraud through electronic

payments and how they are implemented, obstacle

factors and solutions to the process of resolving

criminal acts against perpetrators of fraud

through electronic payments. This research uses

empirical research methods and a qualitative

research approach. Based on Law Number 11 of

2008 concerning Information and Electronic

Transactions which has been updated in Law

Number 1 of 2024, every person who deliberately

and without permission spreads false and

misleading news. which is detrimental to

consumers in terms of electronics. The results of

research conducted at the Barelang Police,

Batam City, to prevent this from happening is to

use preventive and repressive efforts. These

include conducting outreach to sellers and buyers

which is held periodically at transaction centers

such as shopping centers and also carrying out

periodic supervision of parties who provide these

Perlindungan adalah suatu cara atau proses atau perbuatan untuk melindungi. Perlindungan memiliki makna adalah hak yang didapatkan oleh setiap orang dalam wilayah suatu negara yaitu berupa hak untuk mendapatkan atau memperoleh keamanan dan kenyamanan, sehingga Masyarakat merasa tenang dan damai. Analisis Yuridis Perlindungan Kesejahteraan Tenaga Kerja. Hal menarik penulis untuk meneliti bagaimana pengaturan hukum tentang perlindungan kesejahteraan tenaga kerja di PT. Batam Marindo Engineering dan bagaimana implementasi factor, kendala, dan Solusi perlindungan kesejahteraan tenaga kerja di PT. Batam Marindo Engineering. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini akan diuraikan bagaimana tentang perlindungan kesejahteraan tenaga kerja di PT. Batam Marindo Eingneering yang diatur dalam undang-undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan, lapangan dan wawancara, serta data sekunder dan data primer. Analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Undang-undang atau aturan yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah namun dalam pelaksanaanya masih terdapat banyak kendala yang mempengaruhi pemenuhan atas perlindungan kesejahteraan. Sumber terlebih sesuai dengan BAB X yang membahas tentang perlindungan, pengupahan dan kesejahteraan. Terutama pada pasal 88 tentang pengupahan dan pasal 99 tentang jaminan sosial tenaga kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa. PT. Batam Marindo Eingeneering telah melaksanakan aturan perundangan pada Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang ketenagakerjaan dengan cukup patuh meskipun terdapat kendala dengan pengawasan dari instansi terkait dalam hal ini Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Batam. Karena itu penulis menyarankan agar lebih meningkatkan system pengawasan dalam pemenuhan perlindungan kesejahteraan ini.
