BUNDA HALIMAH HOSPITAL, BATAM CITY IN 2024 https://ejurnal.univbatam.ac.id/index.php/Keperawatan/article/view/1929
Neonatal mortality in Indonesia is still high, one of the factors causing asphyxia is the weight of the newborn. As the results of a preliminary study conducted in May 2023- May 2024, there were 557 deliveries. This study was conducted to determine the relationship between low birth weight and the incidence of neonatal asphyxia at Hj. Bunda Halimah Hospital, Batam City in 2024. The design of this study is an analytical survey using a retrospective descriptive approach. The population of this study were newborns who were recorded in medical records who met the inclusion criteria, with a sample population of 72 respondents. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The location of the study was at Hj. Bunda Halimah Hospital, Batam City in August. The data collection tool used medical records. The data analysis used was univariate frequency distribution and bivariate analysis through the chi-square statistical test. The results of the study obtained respondents who experienced LBW as many as 69 respondents (95.8%) babies who experienced BBLER as many as 3 respondents (4.2%) babies who experienced asphyxia with a severe category as many as 35 respondents (48.6%), babies who experienced moderate asphyxia 12 respondents (16.7%), indicating that there is no relationship between LBW and the incidence of Asphyxia with a p value of 0.191> (0.05) meaning that there is no significant relationship between low birth weight babies and the incidence of asphyxia at Hj. Bunda Halimah Hospital, Batam City in 2024. It is expected that the Hospital will provide direct education to pregnant women regarding further monitoring of infant growth and development and complications that often occur in LBW babies.

Keywords : Asphyxia, Newborn weight.
Novi Dwi Sartika Nurhafizah Nasution Ika Novita Sari Copyright (c) 2025 Novi Dwi Sartika, Nurhafizah Nasution, Ika Novita Sari http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2025-09-08 2025-09-08 14 3 10.37776/zk.v14i3.1929 THE RELATIONSHIP OF ATTITUDES AND BEHAVIOR WITH COMPLIANCE OF WOMEN OF FERTILIZING AGE IN CARRYING OUT VISUAL INSPECTION EXAMINATIONS FOR ACETIC ACID (VIA) AT TEBING HEALTH CENTER, KARIMUN DISTRICT, 2024 https://ejurnal.univbatam.ac.id/index.php/Keperawatan/article/view/1927
Lack of compliance with Visual Inspection with Acetic Acid (VIA) screening is a significant health problem, especially in the effort to prevent early cervical cancer. Although VIA is an effective, simple, and relatively inexpensive screening method, the participation rate of women of childbearing age is still low. There are many factors that influence compliance with VIA examination, including attitude and behavior. This study aims to determine the relationship between attitudes and behavior of women of childbearing age in conducting an examination (VIA) at Puskesmas Tebing, Karimun Regency. This study is an observational analytic study with a Crosssectional Study design approach. Simple random sampling technique as many as 66 respondents. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the Chi Square test. Univariate results on respondents showed 65.2% had a negative attitude and 34.8% had a positive attitude. 86.4% had poor behavior, 1.5% had moderate behavior and 12.1% had good behavior. Based on the level of respondent compliance in VIA examination, 86.4% were non-compliant and 13.6% were compliant. The results of the Chi Square Test obtained a significant relationship between attitude and compliance of WUS in performing VIA examination with a p-value (p=0.01) and there is a significant relationship between behavior and compliance of WUS in performing VIA examination with a p-value (p=0.01). It is expected that health workers provide counseling and motivation so that WUS can perform VIA routinely.

Keywords: Attitude, Behavior, Compliance, VIA Examination
Widuri Sophian Cica Maria Ika Novita Sari Copyright (c) 2025 Widuri Sophian, Cica Maria, Ika Novita Sari http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2025-09-08 2025-09-08 14 3 10.37776/zk.v14i3.1927 RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PARENTAL ATTITUDES AND THE COMPLETENESS OF BASIC IMMUNIZATION IN CHILDREN AGED 9 - 24 MONTHS AT SIANTAN SELATAN PUBLIC HEALTH CENTER YEAR 2024 https://ejurnal.univbatam.ac.id/index.php/Keperawatan/article/view/1930
The background of the research is the Decline in Complete Basic Immunization Achievement at the Siantan Selatan Health Center, if this continues to occur it will have an impact on children's health. The purpose of the study was to analyze the relationship between parental attitudes and the completeness of basic immunization in children aged 9-24 months at the Siantan Selatan Health Center in 2024. The research design used an analytical survey with a cross-sectional study approach. The population is all parents who have children aged 9-24 months who meet the inclusion criteria, with a sample population of 50 respondents. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling technique.Data collection using questionnaires and observation sheets. Univariate analysis with frequency distribution, with the results of the study, namely the majority of parents have a good attitude towards complete basic immunization, namely 25 people (50%) and the least attitude of parents is lacking with a total of 11 people (22%). In the basic immunization completeness variable, the majority of parents who became respondents did not complete basic immunization in children, namely 30 (60%), the rest completed complete basic immunization 20 (40%). And bivariate analysis using the Chi Square statistical test, with a P value of 0.000 <0.05, the conclusion is that there is a significant relationship between parental attitudes and the completeness of basic immunization in children aged 9-24 months at the Siantan Selatan Anambas Health Center in 2024. It is hoped that parents will be more active in seeking information about basic immunization that should be given to children so that there are no more children who do not complete basic immunization.

Keywords: Immunization, Parental Attitudes, Completeness of Basic Immunization.
Masnatul Laila Ika Novita Sari Cica Maria Copyright (c) 2025 Masnatul Laila, Ika Novita Sari, Cica Maria http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2025-09-08 2025-09-08 14 3 10.37776/zk.v14i3.1930 RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN NURSES PERFORMANCE AND PATIENT SATISFACTION IN THE INPATIENT ROOM OF HJ BUNDA HALIMAH HOSPITAL BATAM YEAR 2024 https://ejurnal.univbatam.ac.id/index.php/Keperawatan/article/view/1928
The quality of nursing services can be seen from comprehensive nursing services based on established nursing standards according to patient desires so that patient satisfaction is created.
