The aim is to analyze the results of the implementation of nursing care with interventions implementing strategies for implementing sensory perception disorders: auditory hallucinations in patients with schizophrenia. This KIAN aims to provide an overview of nursing care for schizophrenic patients with nursing problems of sensory perception disorders: auditory hallucinations and the nursing intervention carried out by implementing implementation strategies (SP). The implementation strategy is the implementation of nursing care standards applied to patients to reduce the mental nursing problems being handled. The aim of providing implementation strategies (SP) for sensory perception disorders: auditory hallucinations is for the patient to recognize the hallucinations they are experiencing, control them, and follow the treatment program optimally.</p> Agustina Jeni Waruwahang, Kiki Rizki Dasaryandi Copyright (c) 2023 Agustina Jeni Waruwahang, Kiki Rizki Dasaryandi http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ejurnal.univbatam.ac.id/index.php/Keperawatan/article/view/1275 Sun, 26 Nov 2023 00:00:00 +0000 ANALYSIS OF COMMUNITY NURSING PRACTICES FOR FAMILY MEMBERS STUNTING TODDLER WITH EDUCATIONAL PROVIDING INTERVENTION HEALTH TO IMPROVE INDEPENDENCE FAMILIES IN THE WORKING AREA OF THE PUSKESMAS BATAM CITY KABIL 2023 https://ejurnal.univbatam.ac.id/index.php/Keperawatan/article/view/1276 <p>Stunting is a condition where children under five fail to grow and appear short compared to their age. In Batam, the incidence of stunting in 2022 will still be high, namely 2.42%. This figure still needs to be reduced to reach the target of zero stunting by 2024. Many factors cause stunting, one of which is that families are not able to care for children under five independently due to lack of exposure to health information. One management that can be done is by providing health education. Nurses are expected to be able to make families independent through providing health education. The aim of this research is to analyze cases managed by providing health education to family members of stunting toddlers to increase family independence in the working area of the Kabil Puskesmas, Batam City in 2023. The results of the analysis found an increase in the independence of families with stunting toddlers, marked by an increase in knowledge after the education intervention. health. It is hoped that nurses will have the insight and skills to be able to carry out actions to provide health education well and for future researchers to apply and develop the concepts in this research to cases of other chronic diseases.</p> Nurhafizah Nasution, Antonio Jaya Putra Pratama Copyright (c) 2023 Nurhafizah Nasution, Antonio Jaya Putra Pratama http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ejurnal.univbatam.ac.id/index.php/Keperawatan/article/view/1276 Sun, 26 Nov 2023 00:00:00 +0000 ANALYSIS OF NURSING CLINICAL PRACTICES IN HYPERTENSION PATIENTS WITH THE INNOVATION OF COMBINATION THERAPY INTERVENTION OF SOAKING THE FEET WITH WARM WATER AND RELAXING DEEP BREATHS TO REDUCE BLOOD PRESSURE IN MR. Objective: to describe nursing care for impaired skin integrity in post-operative patients with debridement of diabetes mellitus ulcers using modern wound care dressings at RSBT Karimun. Method: This research design is descriptive in the form of a case study. The subjects used in this study were two patients after surgical debridement of diabetes mellitus ulcers. This research was conducted in March 2022. The results of providing modern wound care dressings carried out once a day for three days can overcome skin/tissue integrity disorders experienced by patients following diabetes mellitus ulcer debridement surgery. The effect is proven, namely that in patient 1 the problem was resolved partly because There are still open wounds so further action must be taken by the nurse or family themselves because in patient 1 the wound healing process has entered the proliferation or fibroplasia phase. Meanwhile, Patient 2's problem has not been resolved because there is still an open wound with the same area and depth as at the beginning because patient 2 is still in the inflammatory phase in the wound healing process. Conclusion: Providing modern wound care procedures, dressing is one of the wound treatments that can improve skin/tissue integrity disorders in patients following diabetes mellitus ulcer debridement surgery.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> Donnaria Sinaga, Ratna Dewi Silalahi Copyright (c) 2023 Donnaria Sinaga, Ratna Dewi Silalahi http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ejurnal.univbatam.ac.id/index.php/Keperawatan/article/view/1278 Sun, 26 Nov 2023 00:00:00 +0000 THE CORRELATION OF WORK PERIOD, WORK STRESS AND DIETARY HABITS WITH THE BODY MASS INDEX OF COCONUT MILK PRODUCTION DIVISION WORKFORCES AT PT “X” IN 2021 https://ejurnal.univbatam.ac.id/index.php/Keperawatan/article/view/1279 <p>Nutrition work deals with the nutrients needed by the workforces to meet their dietary needs in accordance to the type of work. Besides, nutrition work is beneficial to maintain and to improve the health as well as to pursue an optimal work power. The most important elements for the assessment of nutritional status are weight and height to determine the magnitude of a person’s Body Mass Index in which possibly affected by several factors such as genetic, psychological, dietary, environment, and work shifts. Referring to these reasons, thus, the researcher is interested to examine the correlation between work period, work stress and body mass index of PT “X” coconut milk production department employees with their body weight. <strong>Research Method</strong>: This research is a quantitative study with descriptive analytic research design using cross-sectional approach conducted in December 2021. The population of this research is the employee of coconut milk production at PT “X” numbered 75 people selected through total sampling technique. The data were collected by using questionnaires on height and weight body measurements to determine the body mass index categories. Also, the data were analyzed by using univariate and bivariate, to be further investigated by Chi Square statistical test. Based on the result of the statistical test, it is verified that Ho1 is accepted, meaning there is no correlation between work period and body mass index of workforces at coconut milk production division with p value = 0,197 (p&gt; 0,05). In the same line, Ho2 is failed to accept, where there is a correlation between work stress and body mass index of them indicated by p value = 0,037 (p &lt;0,05). Moreover, Ho3 is failed to accept and it is noted that&nbsp; there is a correlation of dietary habits or meal patterns and the body mass index of the coconut milk production team initiated by p value = 0,001 (p &lt;0.05).From these findings, the researcher concludes that there is no significant correlation between work period and body mass index of the employee, yet, it is noticed that there is a significant correlation between work stress and meals pattern on employees of coconut milk production division at PT “X” in 2017.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> Rini Susanti, Rusdani, Wiwit Vianora Copyright (c) 2023 Rini Susanti, Rusdani, Wiwit Vianora http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ejurnal.univbatam.ac.id/index.php/Keperawatan/article/view/1279 Sun, 26 Nov 2023 00:00:00 +0000 PARITY AND POST PARTUM DEPRESSION https://ejurnal.univbatam.ac.id/index.php/Keperawatan/article/view/1280 <p>From the research that has been done in various places among others, Jakarta, Yogyakarta and Surabaya, found that the incidence of 11-30%, is a number that is not a bit that can not be left alone given the various negative impacts accompany it.
