PENGARUH RETURN ON ASSETS, DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO DAN EARNING PER SHARE TERHADAP RETURN SAHAM PADA PERUSAHAAN SEKTOR KESEHATAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2016-2020

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the return on assets, debt to equity ratio andearning per share partially and simultaneously on stock returns in healthcare sector companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange for the period 2016-2020. This research is ex post facto. The population of this research is healthcare sector companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange for the period 2016-2020. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method, which is the data were selected based on certain criteria. Based on predetermined criteria, total sample of 10 companies was obtained. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesian capital market directory. Classical assumption test involved normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. The data analysis used was double linear regression analysis, T test partial and F test simultan. The results of this study indicate that (1) Return on assets has a positive and significant effect on stock returns.(2) Debt to equity ratio has a positive and significant effect on stock returns. (3) Earning per share has a negative and significant effect on stock returns. (4) Return on assets, debt to equity ratio and earnings per share simultaneously affect stock returns.
