Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of investment decisions, financing decisions, and dividend policy on the firm value. Firm value on this research measured by Price to Book Value (PBV). The study used purposive sampling method for determining the number of sample. Samples in this study were 26 Food and Beverage Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, which has published a financial report from 2015-2019. Methods of analysis in this study using multiple regression analysis. The results show that the Investment Decisions partially has a positive and significant effect on firm value, the Funding Decision partially has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value, and Dividend Policy has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value. Simultaneously, the variables Investment Decisions, Funding Decision and Dividend Policy have a significant effect on Firm Value.
