Abstract

The demand for environmentally friendly building materials has significantly increased in response to the global pursuit of sustainable development. These materials aim to reduce energy consumption, emissions, and waste generation, thereby contributing to a healthier and more livable planet for future generations.Technological advancements, driven by the evolution of human thought, have facilitated the emergence of innovative concepts that benefit both humanity and the environment. The implementation of environmentally conscious buildings, often referred to as green construction, is reflected in design practices that have been recognized for their energy efficiency, low emission levels, and waste minimization strategies.Appropriate technology, in this context, refers to solutions that are economically feasible, socially acceptable, and environmentally sound. These technologies are typically low-cost, require minimal maintenance, and are particularly beneficial for communities with limited financial resources.
