Abstract

Design to build system archives builded to water down process in management of archives, Incoming Letter, and the outward letter specially in the field in archive Pemda City Bekasi. meant to be more letter data processing efficiency that is in computerization to executing letter data processing which more accurate, efficient and effective. Letter is equipment or medium to submit statement or information in writing from the side of one to other party. The information cans be in the form of notification, statement, request, report, expostulation, idea, question, etcetera. Letter often applied by company or organisation because letter stands as a means of memory and as component of documentation for every process either internal and also eksternal.The system to be submitted should be able to manage data allocation of plots ready to build an integrated , fully integrated, and published automatically so that data can be used easily and efficiently . Where the system will be designed with the web-based object-oriented aided by PHP language, supported by MySQL data bases, and running in internal localhost network.
