PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PEMINJAMAN ALAT ELEKTRONIK FAKULTAS DENGAN METODOLOGI AGILE DAN PARADIGMA OBJECT-ORIENTED

Abstract

Pengelolaan peminjaman alat elektronik di lingkungan fakultas merupakan aktivitas administratif yang berperan penting dalam mendukung kegiatan akademik. Namun, proses peminjaman yang masih dilakukan secara manual sering menimbulkan permasalahan, seperti kesalahan pencatatan, keterlambatan informasi ketersediaan alat, serta rendahnya akurasi data inventaris. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Peminjaman Alat Elektronik Fakultas berbasis web dengan menerapkan metodologi Agile dan paradigma Object-Oriented. Metodologi Agile digunakan untuk mendukung proses pengembangan sistem yang iteratif dan adaptif terhadap perubahan kebutuhan pengguna, sedangkan paradigma Object-Oriented diterapkan untuk menghasilkan sistem yang terstruktur, modular, dan mudah dikembangkan. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan framework Flask dengan fitur utama meliputi pengelolaan data alat elektronik, manajemen pengguna, proses peminjaman dan pengembalian, serta pencatatan riwayat transaksi. Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu meningkatkan efektivitas, keteraturan, dan transparansi dalam proses peminjaman alat elektronik di fakultas.
