Abstract

PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk is a Head Officeat Jakarta and the largest bank in Indonesia from assets, loans, and  deposit.This moment independent banks are running to 3rd phase in realizing the long-term vision of self that is becoming the best bank in ASEAN by 2020, there are many things that should be pursued in this stage start in terms of services, products, and results to shareholders, progress technology, as well as the quality of human resources is smart and can count on. Every employee of Bank Mandiri in demand to be working Multitasking. Employees should be able to do the operation and marketing of all retail banking platform of Bank Mandiri. The current system is still manual in which the customer is interested only recorded using book of sales and promises to customers simply use the word to customers. The application of a manual system to a computerized, to facilitate employees to register customers, managing employees, to preparing reports. Managing Application Design Retail Banking Sales and Customer Follow the Bank using the Java programming language and use MongoDB Database.
