Cholesterol is one of the components in forming fat which consists of various components such as triglycerides, phospholipids, free fatty acids. Cholesterol functions to build cell walls or cell membranes in the body. Cholesterol is a substance produced by the liver and from saturated fat in food, if levels are too high it can cause coronary artery disease. This type of research is descriptive, namely to provide an overview of cholesterol levels in the blood of the elderly in Kampung Tua Teluk Mata Ikan, Sambau Village, Nongsa District Rt 03 / Rw 07. The method of collecting data is by using primary data obtained directly from the results of measuring cholesterol levels and then presented in table form to determine normal and abnormal conditions. After conducting research in Teluk Mata Ikan Old Village, Sambau Village, Nongsa District, Rt 03 / Rw 07 in March 2024, by checking cholesterol levels in the elderly and 24 people whose cholesterol levels had increased. It is recommended for elderly people who have high levels to regularly check their cholesterol levels at health facilities and reduce foods that are high in fat, and exercise regularly.

Abstrak

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui upaya mereduksi perilaku bullying melalui bimbingan dengan teknik role playing pada siswa MTs Negeri 1 Padangsidimpuan. Manfaat penelitian tindakan bimbingan konseling adalah sebagai berikut : Meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang perilaku bullying, Membuat tindakan kuratif yang tepat yang bisa dilakukan oleh steakholder madrasah, Mengurangi perilaku bullying di madrasah. Bullying yang terjadi di MTsN 1 Padangsidimpuan tidak hanya terjadi antar siswa laki-laki saja, hal ini juga umum terjadi pada siswa perempuan. Namun bullying yang terjadi antar siswa laki-laki biasanya berupa bully fisik dan verbal sedangkan bullying yang biasanya terjadi antar siswa perempuan dengan verbal dan/atau melalu media sosial (cyber bully). Frekuensi pengaduan yang tinggi di madrasah menggambarkan kasus bullying sering terjadi. Terkadang kasus bully terjadi karena disengaja maupun tidak disengaja. Role play adalah campuran antara terapi conditioned refleks (reflek terkondisi) dari salter, teknik psikodrama dari Moreno,dan fixed role terapy (terapi peran tetap) dari Kelly. Pada kebanyakan role play pemeran memainkan peranannya sendiri, peran orang lain, sebuah keadaan di seputar situasi, atau rekasi-raksinya sendiri. Orang itu kemudian menerima umpan balik oleh konselor professional atau para anggota kelompok jika role play dilakukan dalam konteks kerja kelompok. Teknik ini di pilih karena membuat siswa dapat merasakan secara langsung berperan sebagai pelaku, korban maupun saksi. Sehingga emosi, perasaan dan penilaian yang positif dapat langsung dirasakan oleh siswa. Maka dari itu, peneliti mengambil PTBK dengan judul “Upaya Mereduksi Perilaku Bulliying Dengan Teknik Role Playing Pada Siswa Mts Negeri 1 Padangsidimpuan”

The development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) has been recognized as one of the main motors of local economic growth in many countries, including at the village level. In a village context, MSMEs are often the backbone of the economy, creating jobs, increasing income, and strengthening social and cultural networks. However, to maximize the potential of MSMEs in increasing village profitability, real efforts are needed in education and skills development for business owners at the local level. The growth of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) has an important role in developing the local economy, especially in rural areas. Villages are often places where a variety of local economic potential resides which can be utilized to improve community welfare. However, MSMEs at the village level often face various challenges, such as limited access to capital, limited managerial skills, and lack of knowledge about markets and technology. Education and skills development are the keys to overcoming these challenges and increasing the profitability of MSMEs in villages. By increasing the capacity of business owners and local economic actors, it is hoped that MSMEs can be more competitive, competitive and able to make a greater contribution to village economic growth.

PENGARUH PENDEKATAN MATEMATIKA REALISTIK UNTUK MENGATASI MISKONSEPSI MATEMATIKA SISWA

Teachers and students alike must avoid misconceptions when studying. The actual condition shows that there are still many students who still experience misconceptions, one of which is about mathematics. But in reality it shows that there are still many students who still experience wrong concepts, one of which is regarding learning mathematics. With the ultimate aim of addressing these issues and making classroom learning more effective, Practical Science Training (RME) is used for the learning approach. The purpose of this study was to develop teaching materials using the PMRI method and assess whether the RME method worked to eliminate students' mathematical misconceptions about fractions. The purpose of this study was to see whether students' misconceptions about fraction material in Class III SD Negeri 100316 Pargarutan Julu could be corrected through learning mathematics. The population in this study amounted to 42 people. Qualitative data analysis was used in conjunction with observation, interviews, questionnaires, administration of achievement tests, and discussions with subject teachers for data collection. The results showed that (1) in the first cycle the application of Realistic Mathematics Learning increased to 70.55% which was classified as sufficient and (2) in the second cycle it increased to 85.60% which was classified as satisfactory. The conclusion of the study was that third grade students at SD Negeri 100316 Pargarutan Julu increased the material for fractional operations in Realistic Mathematics Learning.

PENINGKATAN MUTU AIR SUMUR SIAP MINUM MELALUI FILTRASI DENGAN BIAYA EKONOMIS

Water is one of important substance for human being. Good water for daily needs has to be clean, no colour and odorless. Other than that for consumtion good water also has to contain important minerals needed by human body. The villagers of Kampung Melayu RW 01 Kelurahan Setokok , Kecamatan Bulang uses rain water and digging well to get water for their daily needs. This water does not meet basic requirements for daily needs. In community service activity programme in 2020, the students of Mechanical Engineering of Engineering Faculty Uniba conducted education for the villagers on the importance of clean water for life and how to get it at low cost. The education focused on technical matter to get clean water by filtration system. Filtration method uses plastic bottle, gravel, cotton, charcoal and water tubing to purify water. After purification by filtration system water meets all requirements as stated in Indonesian Goverment Law Number 20 year 1990 on water quality standard.

This is very good if introduced from an early age, namely children who are already at school and already have optimal creative imagination. This activity supports children's ability to express his aspirations for the future. If trained, it will form character formation that improves psychological well-being in children.

In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, digital literacy becomes crucial in facing rapid technological changes. The digital literacy program at the "Istana Yatim Al-Jufri" Orphanage aims to enhance children's understanding and digital skills. Through training, interaction with parents, and the use of interactive learning resources, this program creates a safe learning environment in the digital age. Periodic evaluations are conducted to ensure the program's effectiveness, while collaboration with universities and communities helps enrich this initiative. This abstract also underscores the importance of digital literacy in addressing the negative impacts of the internet, such as the spread of hoaxes and unhealthy internet behavior. The community service activities organized by the Information Systems Study Program of the University of Batam and Universiti Teknologi Mara Cawangan Johor Malaysia aim to enhance the digital literacy of children and adolescents, focusing on wise and productive use of digital technology. In conclusion, the digital literacy program at the Orphanage has successfully increased understanding and community support for digital literacy, with recommendations to continue developing the program and increasing parental participation and digital access in the orphanage.

This community service activity aims to increase children's interest in reading in Siharak Karang. The activity method consists of providing motivation and providing reading materials in the form of reading books, picture books and stationery. Apart from that, participants are also asked to write down the main messages that can be obtained from reading books. The results of this activity resulted in an increase in interest in reading and the conclusion from this activity was that the activity participants wanted the activity to be carried out in a more structured way to develop children's interest in reading.
