The sampling technique was accidental sampling technique with a total sample size of 60 respondents. The data analysis used was univariate analysis and bivariate analysis with the Chi-Square test Result: From the results of the study, it was found that the type of diaper, frequency of changing diapers, and diarrhea had an association with the incidence of diaper rash. The results of the Chi-Square statistical test obtained a p value for the type of diaper with the incidence of diaper rash 0.036 (<0.05), the p value for the frequency of changing diapers with the incidence of diaper rash 0.042 (<0.05), and the p value for diarrhea with the incidence of diaper rash 0.000 (<0.05).
