PELATIHAN SELF ESTEEM UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEASERTIFAN MAHASISWI
Abstract
Self esteem is a belief and emotion that can be interpreted as a feeling where individuals can feel that they are valuable. Assertive behavior is someone who is able to ask questions, criticize or give advice to others. This study aims to make female students more confident, reduce insecurity because all humans have differences, and researchers hope they will feel calmer and know that they are not alone in the problems they face. The sample in this study amounted to 6 participants who were female students at the University of Batam. Based on the results of observations and interviews, it can be concluded that there is an increase in assertive behavior with self esteem training.Downloads
