EFISIENSI PENERAPAN RESTORATIVE JUSTICE DALAM PENYELESAIAN KASUS KEKERASAN DALAM RUMAH TANGGA DI KOTA BATAM (STUDI PENELITIAN DI POLDA KEPULAUAN RIAU)

Abstrak

Domestic violence, or often referred to as Domestic violence, is a form of gender-based violence that occurs in the personal sphere, especially in relationships between couples. The perpetrators of this violence are often people who are close and well known by the victim Domestic Violence includes physical, psychological, sexual, and neglect. Aiming to determine how to regulate the law regarding the Efficiency of the Implementation of Restorative Justice in the Settlement of Domestic Violence Cases and how to implement the constraints and solutions for the efficiency of the implementation of Restorative Justice in Domestic Violence Cases in Batam City. In this thesis research, the types used as research tools are Normative and Empirical Research (primary and secondary data). This research is shown in written regulations and literature studies and so on, and the author also uses observation to review or conduct on-site research. Non-litigation dispute resolution has many advantages.Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence which is a state implementation that establishes a convention regarding the elimination of all forms of discrimination against women.   It is hoped that in efforts to overcome Domestic Violence that are appropriate and effective are not only aimed at protecting individuals in the household, but also a form of protection to the community, because crime prevention policies are a part and unit of community protection efforts (Social Defensive) and efforts to achieve community welfare (social welfare).    Copyright©2020 ZONA KEADILAN.
