Abstrak
Wages and Social Security for Workers are the main elements in employment law because they are important factors for workers whose aim is to provide appreciation and remuneration, which in this case is to provide a sense of calm for workers and their families for a prosperous life. So the provisions on wages and social security for workers must be implemented in accordance with the invitation regulations to ensure legal certainty. This research aims to examine and research the legal regulations for the application of wages and social security for workers in fixed- term work agreements (PKWT) according to Law Number 6 of 2023 concerning Stipulation of Government Regulations in Lieu of Law Number 2 of 2022 concerning Copyright. Work Becomes Law and obstacles and solutions in wage and social security disputes. This research uses normative and empirical methods by using a normative approach (legal research) to obtain secondary data and an empirical approach (sociological juridical), to obtain primary data through field research.The results of this research conclude that there are still many companies that have not implemented wages and social security for workers in certain time work agreements (PKWT) according to statutory provisions. As for the legal remedies that workers can take in the e vent of a dispute, they hope to carry out deliberations to reach consensus, secondly parties to a dispute can obtain favorable results, reduce costs and save time. If consensus cannot be reached, a bipartite settlement can be carried out.Unduhan
