Abstrak

The research reveals the goals to be achieved in the research to understand the scope of the research, understand what will be answered in the research. The purpose of the research refers to to find out the legal arrangements of law enforcement against traffic violations with the implementation of the E-Tilang system and to find out the Implementation, Obstacle Factors and solutions in solving law enforcement against traffic violations with the implementation of the E-Tilang system (Riau Islands Police Research Study).
