ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS PELAYANAN PERIZINAN TERPADU SATU PINTU (PTSP) DI DPMPTSP TANJUNG PINANG TERHADAP ASAS-ASAS UMUM PEMERINTAHAN YANG BAIK (STUDI PENELITIAN DI DPMPTSP TANJUNG PINANG)

Abstrak

This study examines the effectiveness of the One-Stop Integrated Licensing (PTSP) service at the Tanjung Pinang City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office (DPMPTSP) from the perspective of general principles of good governance. The research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of PTSP at DPMPTSP Tanjung Pinang has experienced significant improvements in terms of time efficiency and ease of access, but there are still obstacles in terms of transparency and accountability. In terms of the principle of legal certainty, there are clear standard operating procedures, while the principle of proportionality still needs to be strengthened by adjusting the requirements to the type of permit. Research recommendations include strengthening the integrated information system, increasing human resource capacity, and implementing a more effective monitoring mechanism.
