ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA ANAK D DENGAN DENGUE HEMORRHAGIC FEVER DAN PENERAPAN JUS JAMBU BIJI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN TROMBOSIT DI RSUD MUHAMMAD SANI TAHUN 2025

Abstrak

Tujuan dari penulisan Karya Ilmiah Akhir Ners ini yaitu untuk memahami Asuhan Keperawatan Pada Anak 'D' Dengan Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever Dan Penerapan Jus Jambu Biji Untuk Meningkatkan Trombosit. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode studi kasus yang dilakukan pada Anak 'D' dengan diagnose Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever. Intervesi keperawatan yang dilakukan berdasarkan evidence-based nursing practice dengan menerapan intervensi Penerapan Jus Jambu Biji dimana berfungsi untuk Meningkatkan Trombosit. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terjadi Trombosit meningkat setelah di berikan terapi Penerapan Jus Jambu Biji. Sehingga pada pelayanan asuhan keperawatan dapat menjadi bahan pengobatan terapi pada pasien Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever yang mengalami penurunan trombosit sehingga secara maksimal dalam meningkatkan trombosit pasien Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever.
