PENGARUH ENTREPRENEURIAL LEADERSHIP DAN GOOD GOVERNANCE TERHADAP KINERJA UMKM KOMUNITAS IBU PROFESIONAL BATAM DENGAN AKSESIBILITAS PEMBIAYAAN SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERATING

Abstract

In the era of globalization today, all countries need to develop all sectors that exist in the country, including Indonesia. One of the efforts made by the government was given a chance and also developed the MSMEs at the same time empowering it. The purpose of this study was to see the influence of entrepreneurial leadership and good governance on the performance by placing financing accessibility as moderating variable. The type of research used is quantitative research with descriptive and associative approaches. The sampling technique used non probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The sample of this research is 55 MSMEs in Ibu Profesional Community of Batam. The type of data used is primary data with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used are: Descriptive statistic analysis, data quality test, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with an interaction test approach. The results of this study indicate that: Entrepreneurial leadership has a significant effect on performance with a P-Values of 0,041 < 0,05. Good governance has a significant effect on performance with a P-Values of 0,003 < 0,05. Financing accessibility has a significant effect on performance with a P-Values of 0,037 < 0,05. Financing accessibility moderates the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and performance with a P-Value of 0,001 < 0,05. Financing accessibility moderates the relationship between good governance and performance with a P-Value of 0,010 < 0,05.
