PENGARUH GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN PADA PERBANKAN BUMN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2011 – 2020

Abstrak

This research aims to (1) to determine the effect of good corporate governance on the financial performance of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2011-2020 period, (2) to determine the effect of company size on the financial performance of state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2011-2020 period. , and (3) to determine the simultaneous effect of Good Corporate Governance and company size on the financial performance of state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2011-2020. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The test results are multiple linear regression equation Y = -0.236 - 0.295 X1 + 1.551 X2 + e, partially Good Corporate Governance has a significant negative effect with a t-count value of -4.644 and a significance value of 0.000, Firm Size has a significant positive effect with a t-count value of 5.584 and a significance value of 0.000. Simultaneously, Good Corporate Governance and Company Size have an effect on financial performance with a value of 0.000. The value of Adjusted R Square of Good Corporate Governance on the company's financial performance is 46.1% while 53.9% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.
