PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA, PERTIMBANGAN PASAR KERJA DAN JENJANG KARIR TERHADAP PEMILIHAN KARIR SEBAGAI AUDITOR

Abstrak

This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment, labor market considerations and career paths on the selection of careers as auditors This study uses independent variables namely the work environment, labor market considerations, and career paths. The dependent variable is the choice of career as an auditor at the University in Batam.   The population used in this study were universities in Batam City, the sample used was students majoring in accounting at several universities in the city of Batam. The sample was taken using the Slovin formula and the respondent data was obtained from 83 questionnaire respondents.Moderation statistical method uses multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing t statistic test and F statistical test.These results indicate that the work environment variable has a positive effect on career selection as an auditor. Job market consideration variables have a positive effect on career selection as an auditor. Meanwhile, Career Path variable has a positive effect on career selection as an auditor. Simultaneously, the work environment, labor market considerations and career paths have a significant influence on career selection as an auditor.
