Abstrak

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Capital Structure, Financial Performance, and Asset Growth on Firm Value in State-Owned Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2024 period. This research is quantitative. The data used in this study are the annual financial reports of state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2024 period. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Four banks met the sample criteria. The analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS. Based on the results of data analysis using SPSS 27, it shows that Capital Structure has a partial significant negative effect on firm value with a significance value of 0.001, Financial Performance has a partial insignificant positive effect on firm value with a significance value of 0.201, and Asset Growth has a partial insignificant negative effect on firm value with a significance value of 0.168. Simultaneously, the variables Capital Structure, Financial Performance, and Asset Growth have a significant effect on firm value with a significance value of 0.003.
