Abstract

The concept of green buildings in the city of Batam shows advantages for the surrounding community, even though the initial cost is quite high. But overall, green buildings in Batam bring many positive benefits in the long term, as well as their impact on the city to become a more developed Batam city. This research aims to polarize the design of green buildings around the Batam city area in order to advance environmentally friendly buildings that are beneficial to the community.
