RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI PENCATATAN PENGUNJUNG PERPUSTAKAAN DIGITAL BERBASIS WEBSITE

Abstract

Aplikasi pencatatan pengunjung merupakan salah satu solusi digital yang dapat digunakan untuk menggantikan proses pencatatan manual di perpustakaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun aplikasi pencatatan pengunjung perpustakaan digital berbasis website. Aplikasi dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan basis data MySQL serta menerapkan mekanisme Create, Read, Update, dan Delete (CRUD) dalam pengelolaan data pengunjung. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode Waterfall yang meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode black box testing untuk memastikan setiap fungsi aplikasi berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa fungsi utama aplikasi, seperti login, pengelolaan data pengunjung, dan logout, dapat berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan output yang diharapkan. Dengan demikian, aplikasi yang dikembangkan mampu mendukung proses pencatatan pengunjung perpustakaan secara digital.
