SISTEM INFORMASI PENDATAAN DAN PENJADWALAN IMUUNISASI BAYI PADA KLINIK HARAPAN KITA MENGGUNAKAN PHP

Vaccination is also called immunization is a vaccine into a person's body to provide immunity against the disease. This study aims to assist employees in collecting and managing immunization schedules and avoiding the deviation of multiple vaccine schedules for infants at the Harapan Kita clinic. Starting from the existing problem, the data collection of infants who still use the manual system, so often the accumulation of documents of patient data and often the occurrence of confusion when the baby's parents eliminate immunization cards that have been given clinics, Therefore the author develops a system where the system can be used for perform data collection and scheduling of infant immunization by using PHP and MySQL database.References
