SISTEM INFORMASI KELUHAN PELANGGAN DI PT. SOLNET INDONEISA

PT. Solnet Indonesia is an Internet Service Provider. PT. Solnet Indonesia has quite a lot of customers in various branches, especially on the island of Batam. The existence of an information system for customer complaints cannot be used as a good tool even though it is already using a good system. This is due to constraints in maximizing the system. So that we need a system that can fulfill the information system effectively and efficiently and improve the quality of service to customers. Information systems for customers of PT. Solnet Indonesia manages customer complaint data. With this information system, officers can make new complaints, edit complaints and delete complaints. In this information system, officers also easily search for complaints that have ever existed on the system without having to open file by file. This information system is in the form of a desktop programming. The programming language that the authors use in this development is the Visual Basic programming language. This information system is multiuser, allowing many users to access this information system. Users who have access rights consist of full, write, read. In addition, this information system can also make reports in accordance with existing data in the system.References
