Abstract

This Android based odp loss disruption settlement information system is provided to mobile device users based on certain processing functions from inputting location data specified by the user. Besides this application system services must support the mobility of its users.The basis for making the application system on this mobile device is to provide an information system in the form of a report on the completion of the work that has been done.Apart from location information and data package services, android mobile devices belong to the smartphone category. In this final project an application system is designed and created that can help field workers to easily report the work that has been completed. The method used in making this application is to use the design method carried out with the UML (Unfied Modeling Language) process with use case diagrams, class diagrams and flowcharts and then applied into the application using the IONIC Framework for making this Android-based application. The final result of this study is in the form of an odp loss maintenance interruption settlement information system PT Telkom Android based access..
