This thesis can be done by carrying out research at PT. Synergies Tharada Batam, which is engaged in real estate management. This application was made aiming to improve services in PT. Batam Tharada synergy in carrying out leasing activity, this application is made to the programming language PHP and MySQL database is best used on this company. This application is expected be a tool for conducting leasing lots. This application is also very easy to use and can be accessed via WEB.References
