Abstrak

Manajemen aset merupakan komponen penting dalam kelangsungan operasional perusahaan, terutama di sektor pengelolaan limbah. PT Batam Slop & Sludge Treatment Center menghadapi tantangan dalam pencatatan serta pemeliharaan aset yang kurang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi manajemen aset berbasis web guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan aset perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan analisis sistem. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi ini dapat mempercepat akses data, meningkatkan akurasi pencatatan, serta mempermudah pemantauan dan pelacakan kondisi aset. Sistem ini juga mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data serta transparansi dalam manajemen aset perusahaan.
