PT. Bumimas PutraPerkasa is a company engaged in the property sector, especially housing and shops. In the competitive world of business, customer service is given priority, such as punctuality. In recording and checking data on sales transactions and house orders, it is likely that errors occur because they are still storing in a ledger, besides losing data in ledgers and payment receipts, and the sales process is still carried out manually so there are often times when conflicts occur, it is difficult to know unsold homes. In its development, the writer chooses the Android programming language and MySQL database to create a program that will be able to solve problems in the company, as for the benefits, which is to make it easy for customers to make house orders at PT. Bumimas PutraPerkasa through Gadgets, so that it is a tool for employees and also company leaders in processing sales and ordering data.
