ANALISA DAN PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PEMBAYARAN PEGADAIAN PADA PT.PEGADAIAN KOTA BATAM

Abstrak

By following the progress of technology and information, PT Pegadaian do not want to miss in building an information system that aims to provide access to information services and the convenience of using online media to the public. Web-based information system is a system that uses information technology or internet website to provide information and services to users of the system. But aims to provide information about pawnshops, system design information online payments also contribute to an increase services to the customers of PT Pegadaian. With this information system design, customers can find great information on loan insured value, the amount of the installment and the loan period in a transparent manner, knowing the mechanisms and procedures for payment, as well as the obligations and rights of customers of PT Pegadaian. This study aimed to design a system of payment information online pawnshops appropriate, and in accordance with the needs of PT Pegadaian in Batam, and to solve problems with the previous information system. The framework used in the development of this system is a framework that is based on the System Development Life Cycle by using research methods that are field-based analysis and research methods literature. Results from this study is the implementation of information systems pawnshop transactions online that can provide easy access to information and solve problems on the previous system.
