PENGARUH IKLIM ORGANISASI TERHADAP KESEJAHTERAAN PSIKOLOGIS KARYAWAN OUTSOURCING
Abstrak
The era of industrial revolution is growing over time. PT. INALUM (Persero) is one of the companies in the field of aluminium melting in Indonesia that continues to make changes. Changes made by a company can be successful if the parties involved in the company support the process of change. Outsourcing employees are also involved in the company and need to get attention from the psychological well-being side. The study aims to analyze the impact of organizational climate on psychological well-being. Subjects in this study are as many as 162 employees outsourcing in PT. INALUM (Persero). The study uses two scales, the psychological well-being scale and the organizational climate scale. The data obtained was then analyzed using simple regression analysis. The results show that the organizational climate influences psychological well-being (R =.490; F = 50.429; p = <.05) with an effective contribution of 24% (R2 =.240). Implications of this research can give an insight to the company that to improve the psychological well-being of the outsourcing employees can be done by paying attention to the organizational climate of the employeesUnduhan
