Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan mengenai obesitas, diabetes dan stunting yang menjadi rundungan penyakit di usia muda. Yang sebenarnya obesitas, diabetes dan stunting disinyalir berasal dari konflik perkawinan yang tidak selesai. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini ditujukan kepada siswa-siswi Sekolah Menengah Atas Islam Nabila dengan memberikan Teknik penyelesaian masalah berupa emotion-focused coping dan problem-emotion coping. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini siswa-siswi memahami bagaimana integrasi antara problem-focused coping dengan kesehatan mental dan rundungan penyakit di usia muda.
