Abstract

Masa remaja adalah fase paling unik dalam rentang kehidupan manusia, namun fase remaja menentukan masa perkembangan selanjutnya. Sehingga dibutuhkan remaja memahami apa itu kesehatan mental dan bagaimana mengatasinya jika mereka terindikasi depresi dan kecemasan. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan solusi teknologi berbasis artificial intelligence (AI) saat remaja melalui masa perkembangan mereka. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di SMKN 7 Batam dengan jumlah peserta 120 siswa. Hasil pengabdian ini diharapkan siswa mampu menerapkan AI dalam pola hidup sehat.
