Abstract

The Society 5.0 era demands a leadership paradigm shift balancing technological advancement with human centric social problem solving. However, a competency gap often remains among university students regarding this transition. This study aims to analyze the influence of Student Leadership Training (PKM) effectiveness specifically Material Quality, Method Effectiveness, and Facilitator Competence on student leadership readiness in the Society 5.0 era. This research employs a quantitative method with a causal associative approach. The population comprises Management students of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung, class of 2023, with a sample of 74 respondents determined through probability sampling. Data analysis was conducted using IBM SPSS Statistics 25, encompassing instrument testing, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression. The results indicate that Material Quality, Method Effectiveness, and Facilitator Competence partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on leadership readiness. Simultaneously, these three variables contribute 77.3% to the influence. Specific findings reveal that Method Effectiveness is the most dominant factor compared to other variables. The study implies that training organizers should prioritize participatory methods, such as digital simulations and role playing, to enhance student engagement and leadership readiness.
